Sharing Ms Office Files


Have you know if we can also share our file in blog? So we can add our Ms Office files (Word, Excell and Powerpoint) in our posting. But as Image, we must have hosting to save this file. We can use service of Google docs. In Google docs we can create Ms. Office files or upload files from your computer.

First Step
For using Google.docs service we must have email account in Google (Gmail). Than log in to http://docs.google.com

In Google docs you can create file Microsoft Word (document), Microsoft Excell (spreadsheet) and Microsoft Powerpoint (presentation). It is so easy, just like using Ms Office. But if you have your files in your computer or drive, you can upload your files and editing if it is needed.

After uploading your files to Google docs. click publish button at top right side of your monitor than will be shown :

Click Publish Now button.

Than click More Publishing Option
After pop up window being shown, click drop down menu beside File Format than choose HTML to embed a webpage
Click General URL button. Than copy the HTML codes and paste first to Notepad or other text editors.

Second Step

Sign in to your blog. Than make new posting. When you want to insert your Ms Office file, please click Edit HTML. Than copy the codes which you get from Google docs and paste to your posting. Dont forget to click Publish after you finish your posting, and preview your blog to see the result.
